Refund Policy

Overview
This policy outlines the guidelines for refunding fees paid to Stride School of Business, operated by SET Education Technology Private Limited. Students and parents are encouraged to review these terms carefully before making any decisions.
Students must submit an official refund request via email to connect@strideschool.ai from their registered email ID. The request must include payment details and the reason for the refund.
Refunds will be credited to a designated bank account, and students must provide accurate bank details with proof. Stride School of Business is not responsible for refunds processed with incorrect details provided by the student or parent.
Special consideration refund requests will be processed only after verification and must be submitted within the applicable deadline. Such requests must be made within 14 days of the official Class 12th result announcement date.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 45 days from the approval date.
S-BAT Exam Fee
The Stride Business Aptitude Test (S-BAT) registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Seat Block Fee — General Refund
For any student who has made a seat block fee payment, the following refund schedule applies:

Seat Block Fee — Special Consideration
For students pursuing Class 12th in 2026: if the student’s final Class 12th score is below 50%, the following applies:

Semester Fees
Semester fees, if paid, are refundable in accordance with the applicable regulatory refund policy — whichever governs the respective campus:

Policy Compliance
It is the responsibility of students to familiarise themselves with this policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in administrative actions as deemed necessary by the institution.
Policy Modification
Stride School of Business, operated by SET Education Technology Private Limited, reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, in whole or in part, at its discretion. Amendments may be made due to legal changes or other necessary reasons.
